    This place has everything I hope for: quality ingredients, tasty preparation, and kind staff/chef. The cook literally comes out and checks to see how you felt about the food-who does that anymore!? Amazing customer service and interactions. I always leave with a full belly and a happy smile. :)

    I'm not from around here but we are glad we went to cartlandia and visited the Fusion Taste food truck. The #3 Crispy wings was one of the best I've had. I had to order an extra order because they were so good. Lightly crispy outside and buttery. They also provide a sauce that goes with the wings. So yummy! We also had the #10 Shake steak. It was also good but the wings though.  You need to try them. The people that work there are very friendly as well. Another thumbs up there.
